Delivered or Pick-Up Wholesale Products
Our bakery team and delivery drivers are committed to delivering your orders correctly. However, in the rare case of a mistake: when you receive a delivery or pick up your order be sure to look at and review the order and make sure it is the correct items. If there is wrong or missing items, please be sure to call us immediately (708-757-6315) with full details and we will be sure to correct mistake in a timely manner.
If you feel there is a problem with a product itself, do not throw it away. Please return it to us as soon as possible so we can determine the issue, and if there is something wrong we will replace it, refund your credit card/ form of payment, or work with you to determine the acceptable solution.
Shipped Biscotti
We do a full inspection of our biscotti boxes prior to shipping, to ensure you are receiving the best quality product. We are not liable for damages, delays, or loss caused by the courier service once a package has been dispatched from our facility.
Therefore, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on shipped biscotti boxes. However, if you feel there is an issue to be addressed, please contact our bakery and discuss with a team member to see if we can accommodate with an acceptable solution.
